About Me
I'm an IT Support Executive based in Kerala, supporting users and business systems across multiple retail branches. My work includes Windows and software support, hardware troubleshooting, network connectivity, business email and DNS configuration, vendor coordination, and internal workflow automation.
I'm CompTIA Security+ certified and currently pursuing an MSc in Information Security. Alongside my professional work, I'm building hands-on security operations skills through labs focused on SIEM monitoring, endpoint telemetry, and log analysis.

IT Support Executive
Support users across multiple branches, primarily through remote troubleshooting of Windows, software, hardware, email, and network connectivity issues. I also install and configure business systems, manage company DNS and email authentication through Cloudflare, and coordinate ERP/POS issues with external vendors.
Alongside support work, I built and currently maintain an internal workflow using Google Sheets, AppSheet, and Apps Script to streamline routine operational tasks.
Projects
Wazuh SIEM Home Lab
Built a Wazuh SIEM lab with Windows and Linux endpoints for centralized monitoring and log analysis. Configured File Integrity Monitoring and Sysmon, tested a detection rule, reviewed resulting alerts including false positives, and tested Wazuh Active Response against simulated SSH brute-force activity.
HAC'KP 2026 — Digital Evidence Correlation Concept
Cyberdome HackathonSelected for the offline pitching round of Kerala Police Cyberdome's national-level HAC'KP 2026 hackathon after presenting the concept in the initial online round. Independently presented a digital-evidence correlation concept focused on traceability, confidence scoring, and human verification.
