About Me
I'm based in Kerala, India, and recently earned my CompTIA Security+ certification. I'm building technical foundations in networking, Linux systems, and security operations. I'm also enrolled in MSc Information Security at IGNOU, currently in my second semester.
My background is in accounting and office IT support, where I built internal automation tools using Google Sheets, AppSheet, and AppScript that improved workflow across multiple branches. That experience taught me to think systematically and follow through on technical challenges.
I'm at an early stage in my cybersecurity journey and I know it. I'm working through TryHackMe rooms, home labs, studying networking fundamentals, and building hands-on skills daily. I value honest progress over inflated claims, and I'm looking for an environment where I can contribute, learn fast, and grow.

A postgraduate degree program combining hands-on practical sessions at an assigned study center with self-paced distance learning, covering cybersecurity principles, network security, digital forensics, and governance frameworks. Includes project work alongside the coursework. Currently in the second semester, through IGNOU.
Projects
Wazuh SIEM Home Lab
A multi-OS SIEM deployment monitoring Windows and Linux endpoints from one dashboard, with real-time file integrity monitoring (FIM), Sysmon-based process visibility, and a custom detection rule mapped to MITRE ATT&CK. Includes a simulated SSH brute-force attack with automated response, plus documented false-positive triage, including one I didn't expect.

IT Support & Accounts Executive
- ▹Managed company domain migration to Cloudflare, configuring DNS records, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC email authentication.
- ▹Identified company owner's personal contact information exposed in public WHOIS records and ensured privacy protection was enabled during the domain migration.
- ▹Built internal automation tools using Google Sheets, AppSheet, and AppScript to improve workflow efficiency across multiple office branches.
Started in a pure accounting role and progressively took on IT support responsibilities by proactively identifying and solving technical challenges, ultimately managing infrastructure, security configurations, and automation tools for the company.
